Bat Mitzvah Gifts

Our suggestions:
1. Find out if she will be lighting Shabbat candles after her Bat Mitzvah. If so, a set of candlesticks would be a great idea.

3. If the young woman is religiously observant, but it is not the custom in her community to read from the Torah, a kiddish cup would still be suitable, as the mitzvah of reciting Kiddush is her responsibility after her Bat Mitzvah.
