About the artist
Zeesi trained and worked as a textile designer for many years in the United States. Her clients included major fashion and home furnishing firms based in New York City. She also designed intricate patterns to decorate fine ceramic judaica for a top Israeli artist.
Since making Aliyah and settling in the Jerusalem neighborhood of Har Nof (Hebrew for Mountain View), Zeesi has created an exquisite collection of Judaica paintings. Amidst the magnificent biblical hills dotted with olive trees, Zeesi draws her inspiration from the colors and textures of Israel, as well as from textiles, florals, classical patterns and Jewish themes.
